I am a frequency coach, astrologer and shaman, deeply connected to the power of the mind, the body, to Spirit and space.

I didn’t start here though…

For many years, it seemed like I was living the dream, but on the inside I was struggling. I felt trapped. Stuck in unfulfilling corporate jobs, in meaningless relationships, with friends who disappeared when it wasn’t all about them, trying to do my best for a family I didn’t feel a part of.

I was fearful and anxious, so sure there was something wrong with me. I spun between self-sabotage, denial and forcing myself to keep going.  I felt so helpless for so long that I just wanted out!

Then, as I hit the darkest of rock bottoms, everything changed.

Spirit intervened. Bringing a mentor on to my path, opening me up to my psychic gifts, and initiating me as a shaman. Through this, the nature of life and universe revealed itself.

With a deeper understanding of these unseen forces, and the support of my Spirit and human teachers I came to realize that the fear, the unworthiness, the self-sabotage - everything I had been living with - were frequencies I had chosen to experience in this lifetime with very good reason.

I learned to unlock, clear and alchemise those frequencies. I accepted myself and felt comfortable in my own skin for the first time in my life.

It was as though I’d been given the key - a secret password - to life!

Now, I live at ease, in peace, in love and safe in myself. I consciously create my life, no longer thrown around by other people and circumstances.

I developed a unique, proven multi-dimensional method using mindset, somatics, nervous system regulation, astrology, Spirit contact, shamanic wisdom and energy medicine so that I can guide people through their transformation on the most fundamental and powerful planes of frequency: Mind, Body, Soul and Space.

I feel tremendous gratitude that I’m blessed to help others unlock and change the frequencies that keep them struggling so that they too can access their own inherent abundance, inner ease and change the probability of what they will experience in their life.
