Frequently Asked Questions

  • Much of what I’ll be sharing has a spiritual basis, so if that doesn’t resonate with you then Starlight may not be the right fit.

    If you’d were thinking of joining because you don’t consider yourself spiritual but you’re feeling called to be more conscious of how you live your life, you want to live at a higher frequency and more freely or you’d love to learn more about Spirit, your gifts and purpose, then Starlight would be an excellent choice for you.

    You’re also welcome to contact me for private 1:1 coaching.

  • There are two main differences - 

    1. The length of the sessions: coaching sessions are two hours, where as practical sessions are 1 hour.

    2. The contents of the sessions: coaching sessions include teaching, theory and coaching, whereas practical sessions are for spiritual practices and frequency attunement e.g. meeting your guides, so that you receive spiritual as well as coaching support in your path of consciousness.

  • I will try to coach everyone with their hand up in any one session, prioritising those that haven’t been coached in a previous Starlight session. If you’ve worked with me 1:1 before, you can still put your hand up and be selected. If you do not put your hand up, you’ll find you are being coached simply by witnessing and resonating with other people’s struggles and the shifting of their frequency.

  • Starlight will be a safe space for everyone, however no one is under any obligation to share personal details if they aren’t comfortable doing so.

    I know the idea of being vulnerable and sharing something private in a group can feel overwhelming or a little embarrassing. Being witnessed and witnessing peoples struggle and shift in frequencies is a profound and powerful experience that benefits everyone so don’t shy away if that sounds like something you’d be open to! You are also welcome to reach out to me for private 1:1 coaching.

  • No, you’ll still be present for all the teaching and coaching by recording. The practical sessions are set up to be optional so that you can be guided through the session via the recordings.


  • Yes, all scheduled sessions will be recorded and you have access to the recordings for a minimum of 6 months.

  • This is a special super early bird price to honor you for your commitment to Starlight which will be running for the first time ever starting October 2025! For that reason, we are offering the fully illuminated experience at this pretty damn extraordinary price!

  • Unfortunately, at the moment we can only accept payment in GBP.

  • All purchases are non-refundable due to the nature of a live program and the resources which are made accessible in advance.

  • We are in the process of integrating the community space. We know it will not be hosted on Facebook groups or in Kajabi, and will update all the participants before the start of the program.

  • I am a Spirit shaman. I do not use plant medicines nor will I help you with the plant medicine itself. I am however happy to help you assimilate and understand experiences you may have had whilst under going a plant medicine journey. This guidance is best provided in a 1:1 container. Please reach out to me for further details.

For many years, I had the life we’re taught to strive for. On the surface I was living the dream, but on the inside I was struggling. I felt trapped in meaningless corporate jobs, stuck in random relationships that never went anywhere, with friends that disappeared when it couldn’t be all about them and trying to do my best for a family I couldn’t be myself around.

I was fearful and anxious, going between self-sabotaging, denial and forcing myself to keeping going. I carried the (literal) weight of believing that there was something wrong with me, that I wasn’t enough, that I was responsible for others. I’d felt so helpless for so long that I just wanted out.

Then, as I hit the darkest of rock bottoms, everything changed.

Spirit intervened. It trained me as a shaman and guided me to my first teacher, gradually revealing the nature of life and universe itself.

With a deeper understanding of these unseen forces, and the guidance of my Spirit and human teachers I came to realize that the fear, the unworthiness, the self-loathing - everything I had been living with - were frequencies I had chosen to experience in this lifetime with good reason.

I learned to unlock, clear and alchemise frequency by working with the totality of my being - mind, body, Soul and space. Using the power of the mind, energy, Spirit and astrology I allowed myself to be who I truly am for the first time in my life.

It’s aas though I’ve been given the key - a secret password - to life!

Now, I live at ease, in peace, in love, safe in myself and joyfully consciously creating my life.

I feel tremendous gratitude that I help others unlock and alchemise the frequencies that have kept them struggling so that they too can reveal their own abundance, ease and possibility.
